At Monica Electricals & modular kitchens, we are committed to providing the best customer experience. All products undergo thorough quality checks before delivery. However, in the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or broken product, we offer a complimentary exchange for the same product.
Thank you for choosing Monica Electricals & modular kitchens. This section outlines our policies regarding payments received from customers and returns for products or services ordered.
Acceptable Methods of Payment
Currently, Monica Electricals & modular kitchens accepts the following payment methods:
- Credit Cards, Debit Cards, e-wallets, UPI, COD (Cash on Delivery), and Net Banking.
- We accept VISA and MasterCard (only Indian cards; international cards are not supported).
- To complete the payment, customers will need to enter the 16-digit card number and the 3-digit CVV code from the back of the card.
- Your card information remains private and confidential during the payment process.
Verified By VISA (VBV) and MasterCard Secure Code
To enhance online shopping security, the Reserve Bank of India has made it mandatory for transactions to include an extra level of authentication. This "extra level" is a password you will need to enter after entering your card details. This technology is called Verified by VISA (VBV) or MasterCard Secure Code (MSC). To use it, you must register with your bank, and each bank will have its own registration process.
Cash on Delivery (C.O.D.)
For customers opting for Cash on Delivery (C.O.D.), the full payment is due before the delivery is completed. Payments will be collected by authorized Monica Electricals personnel, and a receipt will be issued.
Conditions for using C.O.D.:
- The product must be eligible for C.O.D. (marked with the C.O.D. icon on the product page).
- The delivery location must be serviceable by our C.O.D. collection personnel.
- Payments are collected between 11:00 am - 06:00 pm at the billing address provided during the online booking process.
Placing C.O.D. Orders:
- Select eligible products (marked with C.O.D. icon).
- Add them to the cart and proceed to checkout.
- Provide the shipping address and move to the payment page.
- Choose the C.O.D. option during checkout.
- Enter the CAPTCHA code and submit.
- You will receive an order confirmation with all details.
Pricing
All prices displayed on Monica Electricals are all-inclusive, meaning there are no hidden charges. You only pay the price shown next to the product image.
Orders
Once an order is placed and payment is completed, changes or additions to the order are not possible. Orders cannot be canceled once shipped, and combining multiple orders is not feasible.
If an order is placed for a product listed at an incorrect price, we reserve the right to cancel the order. If payment has been processed, the amount will be refunded to your account.
Demonstration & Installation
Demonstrations are provided for certain products only, as specified by the manufacturer. If a demonstration is available, it will typically take place 4 business days after delivery. First demonstrations are complimentary.
Installation services are provided by the authorized service centers of the manufacturers. For products like Split A/C units, installation charges apply and must be paid directly to the service center. The installation scope includes:
- Inclusions: Installation of indoor and outdoor units, connecting piping.
- Exclusions: Electrical work, masonry work, supply of main power phase, leak testing if the consumer already installed the piping, and any dismantling of previous units.
For other products, standard complimentary installation is available as per the manufacturer’s policy. Installation will be completed 4 business days after delivery.
